What the result means
One submit shows four readings of the same paste: upper case, lower case, title case, and sentence case. Upper and lower case use English locale rules, so the result does not follow the language of the browser. Title case capitalises the first letter of each whitespace token and lowercases the other letters in that token. Sentence case lowercases the text, then capitalises the first letter and the letter that follows a period, exclamation mark, or question mark. The box you typed in is not rewritten. The real limit is English casing only. Turkish dotless i rules are not applied, and small words in a title are not left lowercase on purpose.

Questions
What is title case?
Title case treats each run of non-whitespace as one token. It capitalises the first letter in that token and lowercases the other letters, using English rules. A hyphen does not start a new token, so a hyphenated word keeps a single capital, and a token such as 2nd becomes 2Nd.
Does this change the original?
No. The four results are shown apart from the text box, and that box is left as you typed it. The tool only reads the box. Run it again after you edit, and the box still holds your text.
Which language's casing rules are used?
English. Upper case, lower case, title case, and sentence case all go through English locale methods. A browser set to another language does not change the result. Turkish dotless i rules are not applied.
